GET Accounts
Endpoint: GET /psus/{psuId}/accounts
Base URL: /xs2a/routingservice/services/ob/ais/v3
This endpoint is used to retrieve the list of accounts of the account holder.
Please note: If you want to retrieve account owner name, you need to send ownername=true in PSU registration API.
